From time to time residents need to have work done on their properties. In order to ensure that this is done in a way which avoids unreasonable disturbance to other residents the Board, on behalf of all residents, has put the following policy in place.

• Workmen Only permitted onsite 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri
• Power tools, construction and other noisy work only permitted 9am – 5pm
• No radios or other unnecessary noise
• No skips
• Lorries, access and all other operations as agreed with Estate Manager

The Board has authorised the estate manager to bar access to workman if they are seen to be in breach of this policy.

Clearly in the event of an emergency common sense applies and these rules may be waived, however for normal scheduled works all residents are asked to ensure that they bring these rules to the attention of the tradesmen working for them, and that they abide by them.
