Buying Process

When a property is bought in the Estate, in addition to the normal conveyancing procedures the buyer purchases a share in Lynden Gate Residents Ltd and is required to sign a Deed of Covenant in which they agree to abide by the covenants in the Deed of Transfer, including the various regulations of the estate such as Planning Guidelines, and to meet their share of the service charges. A small administration fee is payable.
