The Service Charges are set in order to provide sufficient funds for:
  • Normal operating costs of the estate – such things as salaries, garden maintenance and insurance;
  • Recurrent major redecorations
  • Contingencies for non-routine expenditures, such as Lynden Gate infrastructure investment.

Lynden Gate is a development of 70 neo-Georgian styled houses offering a quite unique lifestyle. The estate is divided into two sections – Seaton Close on the right hand side as you enter Lynden Gate, and Beaufort Close on the left.
