Lynden Gate Residents Ltd holds a “General Meeting” once a year at which the annual report and accounts are presented, the Company Directors are elected, and the auditors are appointed.
The agenda for the meeting includes approving the minutes of the last meeting, a discusssion on the finances of the estate and in particular the level of service charges which need to be collected to cover annual operating costs and to provide for refurbishment of the estate.
This is also the opportunity to discuss general matters of interest to residents.
